𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐲𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐮𝐧𝐠 graduated from dental school and completed her residency in 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 at 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐚 where she obtained her 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬. Her published research focused on the management of peri-implant disease, particularly implant disinfection. She is a 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 and a 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚.
Dr. Leung practices in Vancouver at the Oakridge Periodontal Group and is a part-time clinical instructor in the UBC Faculty of Dentistry DMD and Graduate Periodontics Programs.
